Private award travel desk
Book the seat you wanted, with the points you already have.
Garrison Travel runs your award search end to end. Tell us where you want to go and what you are sitting on. We find the space, price the routing through every program that can reach it, and hand back a booking plan you can act on the same day.
Now taking new clients for winter and spring travel
Machines watch. People decide.
Our system tracks award space across every program that can reach your route, around the clock, and flags a seat the minute it opens. A planner reads the result and tells you whether it is worth taking.
Every door, not the first one.
Most people search one airline, see no space, and pay cash. The same seat is often sold by four other programs at very different prices. We price all of them and take the cheapest way in.
One trip, one flat fee.
You get the price before we start. We take no commission from airlines, no cut of your points, and no markup on anything we book. Your points stay in your accounts until you say go.
Four steps from idea to boarding pass.
The order matters. Each step narrows the search, so by the time you see a plan there is nothing left to guess at.
Send the brief
Where you want to go, roughly when, how many people, and what you hold across your cards and airline accounts. It takes about five minutes and costs nothing.
We search and we wait
Award seats open in waves, often at hours nobody is watching. We run continuous searches across programs and partners instead of checking once, so we catch space the moment an airline releases it.
You get a plan, not a link
Two or three real routings, each priced in points and cash, with the transfer path, the timing risk, and the exact steps to book. We say which one we would take and why.
Book it, or hand it to us
Most clients book in ten minutes with the plan in front of them. If you would rather not touch it, we walk the transfers and ticketing with you on a call and confirm the seats.
Priced per trip, quoted up front.
Fees are per passenger and cover the whole search, the plan, and the booking support that follows it.

If we cannot build something better than what you can book yourself, we say so and you pay nothing. That has to be true for the rest of this page to mean anything.
Before you send anything.
Do I hand over my account logins?
No. You keep control of every account. We give you the transfer path and the exact booking steps. If you want help pressing the buttons, we do it together on a screen share.
What if I do not have many points?
Bring what you have. Plenty of trips work on a mix of points and cash, and part of the job is telling you which card earns fastest for the trip you actually want.
How far ahead should I ask?
Two to ten months is the sweet spot for premium cabins. Shorter windows still work, since airlines dump unsold seats close to departure, but the choices narrow.
Can you find space that is already gone?
Often, yes. Award inventory moves all day as people cancel and airlines reprice. We watch for the release rather than checking once, which is where most searches fail.
Do you book hotels too?
Yes, when hotel points earn their keep next to the flight. When cash is the better call, we tell you that instead of spending your points to look busy.
What do you not do?
We do not sell cards, chase sign-up bonuses on your behalf, or book cash fares you could buy yourself in a browser. The work is award space and the routing around it.
Tell us where you want to go.
Send the brief and we will come back with what the trip costs in points before you commit to anything.
